Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

  • Entrants must be over 21 years old.

  • Giveaway open to Australian residents only.

Entry Requirements:
To qualify for entry, participants must:

  • Like the giveaway post on Instagram.

  • Follow all participating businesses on Instagram.

  • Tag at least one friend per comment (one tag equals one entry; multiple entries allowed).

  • Subscribe to our email mailing list.

Prize Details:
One winner will receive the following:

  • 2-night mid-week stay for two people in a luxury villa at The Wellness Farm Broke

  • An in-room Reiki Healing Session for two from The Happy Co

  • An in-room Vibro Acoustics Sound Lounge experience for two from The Soulful Siren

  • An in-room IV Vitamin Infusion Session for two from Hunter Valley IV

Winners are not obligated to claim or redeem all prize elements if they prefer not to.

Availability and Booking Conditions:

  • Prize bookings are strictly subject to availability of The Wellness Farm Broke and all associated partners (The Happy Co, The Soulful Siren, and Hunter Valley IV).

  • The prize stay must be booked for dates between 1st October 2025 and 30th September 2026.

  • Valid for mid-week stays only (Monday to Thursday).

  • School holidays and public holidays are excluded.

  • Winners can choose their preferred dates subject to the above availability conditions.

  • Prize cannot be used for weekend stays or during peak periods.

  • Winners may extend their stay beyond the prize period at their own cost, subject to availability and standard booking rates at The Wellness Farm.

Travel and Additional Costs:

  • Travel costs to and from The Wellness Farm are at the winner’s own expense.

  • Any additional expenses incurred during the stay, outside of stated inclusions, will be the responsibility of the winner.

Duration and Announcement:

  • Giveaway launches on Saturday 14th June 2025 (Global Wellness Day) and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on Sunday 22nd June 2025.

  • The winner will be randomly selected and announced via Instagram within 48 hours of giveaway closing.

Claiming the Prize:

  • The winner must respond within 72 hours after being notified via direct message on Instagram.

  • If the prize remains unclaimed within this timeframe, another winner will be randomly selected.

General Conditions:

  • This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

  • Participating businesses reserve the right to verify all entries and disqualify entrants who do not comply with these terms or who engage in any fraudulent activity.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative prizes.

Privacy:
By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for marketing purposes by participating businesses, in accordance with relevant Australian Privacy Laws. Participants may unsubscribe from mailing lists at any time.
