Laura Grzelak - Your Host

Laura is the founder of House of Marz—a soulful social media and photography studio based in NSW, she is The Wellness Farm’s Retreats & Marketing Manager, and now, the host of The Wellness Farm’s Sip, Stay, Play Retreats— weekends designed to help you relax, unwind, and play.

Laura is a mother, photographer, creative guide, and a woman who has spent the better part of two decades learning how to come home to herself.

After the loss of her first child in 2016, Laura began sharing her story online—not because she wasn’t afraid, but because healing demanded it. Through grief, trauma, self-sabotage, and years of therapy, she slowly rebuilt her life with a quiet determination to live honestly, gently, and fully.

But even after healing, new seasons brought new challenges. Postpartum, Laura found herself lost in a sea of confusion around fashion, identity, and confidence. Getting dressed felt foreign, her reflection unfamiliar. It wasn’t until she discovered colour analysis that things began to shift—what started as a styling tool became a form of self-discovery. It reminded her that she was still in there—vibrant, capable, and worthy of being seen.

At 37, Laura learned she was in perimenopause, and suddenly everything made sense: the exhaustion, the brain fog, the waves of emotion, THE HEAT! Combined with her lived experience of chronic stress and burnout, she understands deeply how overwhelming it can feel to carry so much—work, family, identity, change—and still try to hold it all together.

That’s why she created Sip, Stay, Play Retreats with the 3 core Pause concepts. A space where women can exhale, rest, reconnect, and rediscover joy. Where healing doesn’t have to be heavy, and self-care can include laughter, good wine, and a little creative play.

At the retreat, Laura will be your guide, your storyteller, and your gentle support system throughout the weekend. From the moment you arrive, she’ll be there—walking alongside you as you pause, reflect, and reconnect with the woman you’ve always been underneath it all.

Because Laura knows firsthand that when we finally give ourselves permission to pause… we make space to play again, too.

Chelsea - Shades of You - Personal Colour Analysis Consultant

Chelsea has always had an eye for colour. From an early age, she noticed how certain tones could completely transform a person’s presence — how the right shade could bring warmth to the skin, light to the eyes, and confidence to the soul.

After years of exploring her own relationship with fashion and self-expression, Chelsea founded Shades of You Colour Analysis — a service grounded in empowerment, self-discovery, and style made simple. Colour analysis is the process of identifying the shades that best complement your natural features — your skin tone, eye colour, and hair colour — so you can choose clothing, makeup, and accessories that enhance your natural beauty and make you feel effortlessly confident.

At The Colour Pause – Sip, Stay, Play Retreats, Chelsea will be guiding guests through her signature colour analysis experience — a session designed to help you understand your personal colour palette and how to use it to elevate your wardrobe, energy, and sense of self.

With her warm, down-to-earth approach, Chelsea creates a space that feels supportive, light-hearted, and deeply affirming. You’ll leave her session not only knowing which colours make you glow, but also with a renewed sense of confidence and joy in being seen.
