Meet Your Host + FACILITATORS
Laura Grzelak - Your Host
Laura is a mother, photographer, creative guide, and a woman who has spent the better part of two decades learning how to come home to herself.
After the loss of her first child in 2016, Laura began sharing her story online—not because she wasn’t afraid, but because healing demanded it. Through grief, trauma, self-sabotage, and years of therapy, she slowly rebuilt her life with a quiet determination to live honestly, gently, and fully.
Laura has lived through the burnout, the breakdowns, the hiding, and the holding-it-all-together. She knows what it’s like to feel broken and still show up. And now, she's here to help other women do the same—through creativity, storytelling, and sacred spaces like this one.
She is the founder of House of Marz, a soulful social media and photography studio based in NSW, and now, for the first time, the host of The Wellness Farm’s Mind, Body, Soul Women’s Retreat—a weekend designed to help you feel seen, held, and whole.
At the Mind, Body, Soul Women’s Wellness Retreat, Laura will be your guide, your storyteller, and your gentle support system throughout the entire weekend. From the moment you arrive, Laura will be holding space for deep conversation, quiet reflection, and personal connection—whether in a group circle or a one-on-one moment by the fire.
In the opening ceremony, she will share her powerful story—one of grief, reinvention, healing, and coming home to herself. With lived experience in trauma recovery, burnout, and self-sabotage, Laura offers a raw and real perspective on what it means to rebuild a life from the inside out. Her role across the weekend is to support you in softening, shedding old stories, and remembering who you are beneath the overwhelm.
This retreat is Laura’s heart cracked wide open—an offering for the women who are ready to stop shrinking, and start reclaiming their light.
