Led by a qualified women’s health practitioner – Dr Salina Jamani – specialist GP and one of the co-founders of Menopause GP, this experience blends education and connection. You’ll learn about evidence-based medical and non-medical ways to nurture your body and mind through changing hormones, sleep, energy, and mood — all while enjoying time in nature, beautiful food, and, of course, a glass of wine or two (if the hot flushes will allow!).
This is about feeling empowered in your body again and surrounded by women who understand exactly where you are.

Who Is This Retreat For?
This retreat is designed for women aged 21 and over who are:
Sip • Stay • Play is for women who want a weekend that meets them exactly where they are in life.
Because every season looks different — and so does what you need from your time away.
– Maybe you’re a business owner or mum who’s been burning the candle at both ends and just needs space to slow down and enjoy life again.
– Maybe you’ve lost touch with your sense of self — the part of you who used to love getting dressed up, feeling confident, and having fun.
– Maybe there’s a birthday to celebrate, or it’s just finally time to take that girls’ trip that’s been sitting in the group chat for months.
– Or maybe you’re navigating the changes of peri-menopause, menopause, or post-menopause, and you’re craving connection, comfort, and conversation from women who actually get it.
Whatever phase of life you’re in — there’s a Pause designed for you.
Each weekend offers a different focus, from relaxing and recovering from burnout, to rediscovering your colour and confidence, to embracing the next chapter of womanhood with grace and humour.
Sip • Stay • Play is your permission slip to switch off, do something just for you, and enjoy the beauty of slowing down — together.
