March 2026

The Colour Pause - 6th – 8th

A creative and confidence-filled girls’ getaway for women who want to explore their personal style and have fun doing it.

Featuring an in-depth Personal Colour Analysis workshop with Chelsea from Shades of You, this experience is designed to help you rediscover your sparkle. Using your unique combination of hair, skin tone, and eye colour, Chelsea will guide you in uncovering the shades that truly flatter you — so you can feel confident, vibrant, and completely yourself again.

The aim of colour analysis is to bring balance and harmony between your natural colouring and the clothes you wear — helping you look and feel effortlessly radiant.

The Meno-Pause - 20th – 22nd

A relaxed and supportive weekend designed for women navigating peri-menopause, menopause, or post-menopause — because this next chapter deserves to be embraced, not endured.

Led by a qualified women’s health practitioner – Dr Salina Jamani – specialist GP and one of the co-founders of Menopause GP, this experience blends education and connection. You’ll learn about evidence-based medical and non-medical ways to nurture your body and mind through changing hormones, sleep, energy, and mood — all while enjoying time in nature, beautiful food, and, of course, a glass of wine or two (if the hot flushes will allow!).

This is about feeling empowered in your body again and surrounded by women who understand exactly where you are.

The Colour Pause - 1st – 3rd

Guided by Emma Maree, Emotional Intelligence Coach and Relationship Counsellor, you’ll explore what it truly means to regulate your nervous system and create balance that lasts. Through practical somatic tools, honest conversation, and gentle reflection, Emma helps you shift from burnout to grounded energy — so you can return to your world feeling lighter, clearer, and more yourself.

This weekend isn’t about fixing — it’s about remembering who you are when you’re not constantly doing. This weekend invites you to finally step off the treadmill and breathe again.

For those feeling creative, optional add-on experiences like paint, clay, candle-making, or Human Design workshops can be arranged.

Where is the retreat held?

The retreats takes place at The Wellness Farm Broke, a luxury wellness sanctuary located in Broke, Hunter Valley NSW. The property spans 37 acres beneath the stunning Brokenback mountain range.

There is free on-site parking available.
Guests are responsible for their own transport to and from the retreat.

What’s included in the retreat price?

• Two nights of accommodation
• All meals, snacks, and drinks
• Wine and non-alcoholic beverage options
• Full access to premium wellness facilities
• Daily movement sessions (e.g. Pilates)
• 1 x core workshop per retreat
• Wine bus tour on day one – including 3 wine tastings, chocolate tasting, cheese tasting, and lunch

Who is this retreat for?

This retreat is designed for women aged 21 and over.

No prior retreat experience is necessary.

This retreat is not suitable for guests with:

  • Severe mental health conditions (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar, psychosis)

  • Recent psychiatric hospitalisation or spiritual crisis (within 3 years)

  • Major surgeries or injuries that limit participation

  • Conditions that prevent safe emotional/physical engagement

Can I come alone?

Yes — and many women do. Whether you come solo or with a friend, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive, safe, and nurturing space to connect, rest, and reset.

Can I share a room with a friend?

Yes! If you’re attending the retreat with a friend and would like to share a twin room, please include their name on your checkout form. If you’re coming solo and have selected a twin room, you’ll be thoughtfully matched with another guest.

Is this retreat alcohol-free?

No — this is not a detox retreat. Wine will be available at dinner for those who wish to enjoy a glass.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Absolutely. We warmly cater for vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and most other dietary needs. Just let us know your requirements when booking. View chef Richard Ransom’s sample menu [here].

Do I need to be experienced in pilates to attend?

Not at all. This retreat is designed for all levels — whether you’re brand new to wellness practices or have an established routine. Come as you are.

Do I have to attend the wine tour?

Whilst nothing is compulsory, we want everyone to feel included and enjoy the best that Hunter Valley wine country has to offer. The purpose of this planned activity is to meet, mingle, and connect with your fellow retreat guests. It is because of this that we recommend that you do attend the wine tour. If, however, you don’t want to participate in the wine tastings, this is absolutely okay. Please note that no discounts apply if you choose not to participate in the tour or the tastings.

What should I bring?

Prior to the retreat, you’ll receive a full welcome pack with everything you need to know — including what to pack, how to prepare, and how to get here. But here is a short list:

  1. Comfortable clothes for workshops, Pilates, and rest

  2. Swimwear for the sauna, float tank + hot tub

  3. A journal + your favourite book

  4. Layers for the evenings

  5. An open heart

How many spots are available?

Between 11–19, depending on how many single occupancy tickets are sold.

What is the standard of accommodation?

Expect comfort, quiet, and luxury.
You’ll stay in either a private luxury villa or the shared Serenity Homestead — both offer access to all amenities, including:

  • Coffee machine + pods

  • Tea selection

  • Shampoo, conditioner + body wash

  • Fresh towels + linen

  • Kitchenette or shared kitchen

What are the payment terms?

Option 1: Early Bird — Pay in Full & Save $300
For a limited time, enjoy $300 off when you pay in full at the time of booking.
This offer rewards those ready to secure their spot early and runs until 31 December 2025 or until sold out.

Perfect for guests who know they’re coming and want the best rate possible.

Option 2: Standard Booking — Deposit + Balance Later
Secure your place with a $500 non-refundable deposit today, and pay the remaining balance no later than 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date.

This option offers flexibility while still guaranteeing your room and retreat experience. If you choose this option, your deposit will be due at the time of booking, and the remaining balance will be invoiced to you via email.

Can this be tax deductible?

It depends on your industry. We can provide an invoice for development and educational purposes of all retreats if they align with your industry. Just email us with your request and we are happy to provide this for you.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. However, as this is a limited-capacity retreat and each booking directly secures your place, we kindly ask that you read and understand the following terms before booking:

  1. All deposits are non-refundable. Your $500 deposit secures your room and is applied toward your total balance.

  2. Cancellations made more than 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date may transfer their booking to another person at no additional cost. If you have paid in full and cannot find someone to transfer your ticket to, you will receive a partial refund, minus your deposit.

  3. Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the retreat (after full payment has been made) are fully non-refundable, as accommodation, catering, and facilitator costs are already committed at that time.

  4. No-shows or early departures for any reason are non-refundable.

  5. All balances are due 8 weeks before the retreat start date. If payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be forfeited and your spot released.

  6. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to another guest. Please notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the retreat with the new guest’s full details.

  7. In the unlikely event that The Wellness Farm needs to postpone or cancel the retreat (e.g. due to minimum numbers not being met, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances), all guests will be offered a full refund.

  8. We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance that covers unforeseen illness, injury, or event cancellations, as we are unable to make exceptions outside of these terms.
